I'm currently selling BTC for gox last for either cash deposit (east coast only) (pretty fast, you'll have BTC a few minutes after you deposit). I'll also sell for WU, if you can't do the cash deposit, but that's gox + 1% with a minimum of 2 BTC (takes a few hours).
