Just saw that you last transaction with the address you mention is already confirm just now so i think you don't need to accelerate or to request it in exchanges to change the miners fee..
But looks like they use Child Pays For parent like what i saw . If you having slow transaction because of low fee there are lots of free service that you can use to accelerate your transaction they are mostly in services section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0)
Or you can use the https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Uhh so you made the withdrawal 20 days ago and a portion of it is missing? Am I correct?

First check if Iqoption.com sent a correct amount by pasting the transaction ID in any block explorer. There should be a withdrawal history in your account which should also have a TXID per issued withdrawal.

If the amount sent were correct, The problem is on aex.com so you should contact their support and follow it up in their social media sites which can be found at the bottom left of their site.

The transaction shows in here: https://btc.com/1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1
and here: https://blockchain.info/pt/address/1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1

Is this your deposit address in aex or???

P.S. This should be on Exchanges (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0) board. There's a "move topic" option in bottom left.

The transaction has been rejected by the network and when cases like that happens, the coins simply return to it's original address as if the transaction didn't happpen.

But before anything else when did you issued a withdrawal? Because looking from this address 1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1 which is I think your deposit address in aex. It received an amount of 0.05523BTC which is in two outputs since you've mentioned you did two withdrawals

But this was last year on December 28 as you can see here: https://btc.com/7a3403f777b3cf7e0a1409f0f3d5d84e5a69f3b4c66db29df607d8cad4b23327

Hi thanks for your patience...I request the withdrwal form IqOption at December 16 but the order has been finalized only at December 28

Aex.com (the receiver) told me that the transaction was invalid and Iqoptoin (the sender) told me that the problem was or blockchain or with aex.com

I has trying to send a print sreen from my wallet history at aex.com to show all the transactions but I'm a new member here on bitcointalk so it is impossible to send it pic...

Alright then the transaction I mentioned in my previous post must be your withdrawal in Iqoption and it was already confirmed.

Now double check your transaction/deposit history and see if the following amounts are there: 0.02712600BTC, 0.02810600BTC. If not, Try to contact aex again and reference the Transaction Hash: https://btc.com/7a3403f777b3cf7e0a1409f0f3d5d84e5a69f3b4c66db29df607d8cad4b23327and the screenshot of your transaction history.

By the way. Just like what aex says this transaction (https://btc.com/6c4481be7c5261df434e133adcd004d9d697127e7be637e80edcbebc8e3eb9f0) is really invalid as it was rejected by the network but upon checking your address (1BKXxrDLQKjdMCvksAoo8p4qkQiS5oSan1) I found a confirmed transaction which has a similar amount to be sent you (0.00010746BTC). I'm guessing since the first transaction got rejected by the network, they made another one. Here is the transaction hash: https://btc.com/18e2ca0deeab262d7960bc9efe74f0a81511f40130d704201160f603c399fc23. But only reference it if you haven't received the amount 0.00010746BTC

Hi.
its me again...
Iqoption (the sender) doesnt answer my emails any more.
Aex (the receiver) told to wait 3 to 7 days to give me a answer before I send him the transaction Hash...
I did received two transaction: BTC 0.0281 and 0.000107 instead the 0.0271.
If both parts doesnt do anything is there any way to have my BTC back?

Iqoption has already sent your withdrawals so they have done their part. It's now up to Aex to do the rest.

Sad to say but the only way to have your btc back is to involve an affiliate from AEX by contacting their support because they're the only ones who has an access to your wallet.
That's the thing about third party services, you are just trusting them with your funds and that's the only guarantee you have.

But Is there any specific reason on why you have to wait for 3-7 days before sending them another transaction hash? because if its their way to not increase their workload, it's bullsh*t

How do their support system works anyway? If it's by using your email account then you're probably replying from your previous mails (quoting your past convo's) aren't you?.
If it is, try sending a fresh email to them.
