Title: RX580 Ether hashrate changed after a crash
Post by: CanuckMiner1986 on January 12, 2018, 08:08:43 PM
Hi,

I am new to Mining, I was having Windows 10 Issues with mining so I setup a Linux box. In windows I was getting between 15MH/s to 18MH/s with AMD Blockchain Drivers but 22MH/s when I used the Newest drivers.

On linux I was getting 22MH/s constantly until my system locked up last night. I should clarify I am using Claymore Miner. And now I am only getting 18MH/s sometimes 15MH/s. What could have possibly happened to cause this? or is there a setting I need to change?

Thanks in Advance

Edit: Blanked out while at work, forgot I choose the RX580 not RX570

Update: With the release of Claymore 10.3 Dual Miner, I decided to try Windows 10 Again with the newest AMD Drivers, set the video cards to Compute workload and now I am back to 22 MH/s, I will now be doing some fine tuning and hopefully getting better efficiencies.

unleashed the true hashrate of your RX 570 by modding the Bios according to your GPU's memory types

you can test mining in windows and set your proper clocks.
