Hey everyone, I'm not sure how many of you were around for what I refer to in this video, but I see people talking about when this "altcoin run" will end and BTC begins its next bull run.

I gave my opinions in the video but would love to hear your opinions as well, thanks!

Once a lot of this FUD clears up, I believe we'll start seeing the uptrend again.

By making this kind of videos, it is good for people to get informed of what is happening inside the cryptocurrency world. By the summary of 2017 price, a great change in bitcoin has been seen like from $2,000 up to $15,000. We can expect that it will happen by this present year, 2018. But it is surely alarming for bitcoin since there are so many altcoins running hastily in the past year. From only 1 cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) reach the billion sale in January, became 8 cryptocurrencies in the month of June and as of now we have 42 cryptocurrency that has above a billion sale. Lots of them are running and getting popular since people want to invest on other cryptocurrency since bitcoin is so expensive nowadays. Expect that there will be a blowout too in other cryptocurrency and it is not impossible for bitcoin to get surpassed by other cryptocurrencies.

I think the bull run has begun. This time the price of bitcoin will grow along with altcoins in a mutual manner, which haven't happened in the past days. When the price increase gets ignited automatically we'll experience $2000 mark within few weeks time.

Maybe you mean $20k-mark. Anyway, I hope the bitcoin will continue to increase as I am holding not so big amount of bitcoin but in case the price will go up. This is already big thing for me.  :D

Nobody can tell when exactly the bull run will resume. It could take days, weeks, months or years. The way of the markets are mysterious.

today the bull is running, and I see altcoins also rise when bitcoin rises. because usually I see some altcoins that rise, survive, or stabilize when bitcoin prices go down.

I hope so. Day by day the demand of Bitcoin is increasing at everywhere, people are joining in this platform more and more. previously we have experienced a price bumping or bull run several times and after that period the price of Bitcoin also increase at a satisfactory level. That's why we can expect that Bitcoin will reach $20k within a couple of months. not only that but also it can be even more.

At some point the bull run will resume. The only question is if the whales are perhaps planning to tank the price for another while so as to load their bags with even more cheap bitcoins.

Bitcoin will surely pass that mark, and many others marks like, $25000 in 2018. I know that there are many alternative cryptos that are getting the attention of investors and the public in general. But they are still not even close to Bitcoin. As stated and known by Crypto-geeks that this year ETH will also reach its higher levels, and it can somewhat be competitive for Bitcoin a little bit though, but it wont reach that peak of Bitcoin for sure. However, there could be many things in crypto-world that nobody knows.

I think it will happen in next week because if I see in the exchange, bitcoin gives a good sign to back increase although I don't know how much it will increase. the price seems trying to increase and maybe will reach $15k but maybe more than that. so it is better for us to prepare in order sell if we want to sell our bitcoin and make a profit. but be careful because sometimes a good sign could give a bad sign if there are too many people which want to sell their bitcoin but the order buy is not equal to the order sell.

Bitcoin are hit its all time best $20000 the next stop over is $25000 but I don' think if bitcoin will hit its target by next week yes bitcoin are increase a little bit there's also some good news come but this is not indicate that bitcoin will back to $20K in only short period of time its take a good opportunity to back again in that price but I'm really sure that bitcoin will reach that target however this is a good opportunity to buy and stock bitcoin to earn a good profit soon.

I agree with you, in your video that get a lot of password history, I think this is very good, for the price of the currency, I think the currency pass20000 dollar will open a new round of high tide

I'm thinking that the same sort of thing that will happen, we've had too many BS alts come into the space in the last couple months and these projects are going to fail for people at some point, as they actual have nothing but a big hype campaign which is helping them heavily when it comes to price, but it wont last.

Money is going to come back into bitcoin soon, and that will spell the end of the a shitty altcoins making way for bitcoin and the better projects to thrive.

As time will just pass by bitcoin will just slowly climbing up the price sheets, because altcoins now are rising. Many ICO projects are starting their own and i think the demand for bitcoin wil slowly drop as this continous to happen , im not saying not to support altcoins but atleast have balance in the market its a win win situation for all of us.

Just like you, I choose to remain positive about Bitcoin because I have been exposed to its history and behavior. In fact, we should be happy that the dip is not that enormous if we have to count it percentage-wise. I am so sure that Bitcoin would be coming back soon and we can experience another bull run maybe within the first quarter. Bitcoin is just gathering some needed energy before making another surge. This has been the way it is and we just have to wait and remain optimistic...as always!

I think bitcoin will be very hard to increase to 20000 usd. Currently there are many people selling bitcoin and not investing in it, some countries forbid bitcoin, do not allow it to be used.

I think for the time being bitcoin will remain fairly flat while alts have their bull market. Then once alts begin to lose steem again, Bitcoin will hit all time highs, likely past $20,000

In no way am I trying to be negative about Bitcoin, in fact I tried to show the opposite in my video about how the altcoin/bitcoin run use to be on a rotation almost. I just know that we need the information/release of the lightning network in bitcoin is going to continue in todays day and age.

There are so many people selling Bitcoin right now, they have no idea why they do it. The instability in the price of bitcoin comes to the fore with this reason. I think Bitcoin will reach $ 20,000 again, because Bitcoin has always known to reach records.

Right now it's a strange balance with quite a lot of pressure from both sides.
I feel like Bitcoin needs just a little push and will go upwards like a rocket...
...but.. the tax period is coming, from what I know, so there's a chance "the push" will have to wait a some more ...weeks..

We are still in normal territory for Bitcoin bear markets, though it is getting close to being long.

Last year Bitcoin would pump for a month or two and then have a bear market where it would take a month and a half to break the previous ATH. It's now been a month since this bear market started, so if Bitcoin isn't at least pushing up to $18k by end of this month I'd start getting worried about how long it is going to take for it to start taking market share back from the altcoins. It's pumped to $16k or $17k three times now but never been able to hold it.

If Bitcoin is on normal pace I'd expect in the next week we'll see another pump to $17k and it holds it position there and doesn't drop back down to $13k-$15k levels. And by the end of the month it is at $18k or $19k. That should set Bitcoin up to enter a new bull run in February and perhaps be close to $30k by end of March.

In my opinion, this will be the year of altcoins, there isn't any doubt with that.

I am still holding as much bitcoin as i can, but everytime that i see a new pump with those altcoins that i already have, it makes me wonder, why i am still holding bitcoins?

I am feeling very tempted to move all my btc funds to altcoins, it is giving much more profits at the moment.

Yeah, the FUD from South Korea was organized and right after organizers could buy bitcoin cheaper the price slowly started to climb up. I think that exactly in this moment we are on the first stage of a new bull run. Well, let's see  :)

I believe we were already done with the consolidation last week when it was around the 17k mark, but then the South Korea FUD caused a slight downturn. Who knows.. I believe we'll start seeing some upward action this/next week though while bonuses start going out in the Wall Street sector. Other sectors get their bonuses at other times of the year (mine personally comes in around March), so we'll likely see some new money coming in and buying up BTC to ride the next bull run.

Who knows where the price will end up, but going past 20k is certainly a likely outcome.

The next bull run will be next month and i think all cryptocurrency will pump very hard! we could see x10 or more profit, just buy and hodl, the price of the market now is an opportunity to buy more

 maybe yes or else bitcoin will be on dip price before mid of year.  And eth will over take its value if the circumstances of bitcoin didn't change . However dont eagerly buy maybe the price will drop gradually on this moment we should wait for the price to pump then buy more to hold. That is the common strategy dude
