No, they are not totally scam they are just like that, delaying with withdrawals or deposits, delayed reply from support which takes weeks sometimes month/s  and that's make them a shit exchange but they still respond after all so just make a ticket support for your problem and wait.

I never use them so far but after reading your post it is better to avoid this exchange. Because these coin prices are so dynamic and if you wait for them to send or receive your coins for weeks or months then it won't make sense to use this exchange anymore. It is actually worsted then scamming people because if traders miss the right time to buy and sell then surely they will lose money.

Well yeah, you're lucky enough if they respond in just a single week.
But anyway I wonder if why you use this exchange while there are so many exchanges that's much better than yobit.

If you are referring an exchange for Zcash (ZEC) go here https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zcash/#markets just ignore yobit, and you can use HiitBTC or Bithumb since currently Binance, Bittrex and Polo is not accepting new registrations. Once they activate the registration then its recommended to use them instead. Always use 2FA for extra security of your account

If it's 0 confirmation then you just have to wait before it gets confirmed. And probably the problem starts with the wallet or no one is approving your withdrawal request so just send them a ticket although they are very poor when it comes to answering and supporting their traders. They are not scam but they are the worst exchange.

Honestly i have lots of coins pending in yobit never received them back well even its a shitcoins its still valuable. the support ticket is honestly too delay or sometimes they are not responding..  But sometimes they can responds and solve your issue..
For now i advise that try to contact them via support or facebook page and also twitter page.. and wait for their responds..
if they reply of almost 1 week or more start scam accusation with proof so that other people will be aware about yobit..
Also to check  your address where you send your zcash and check it in explorer maybe your transaction was stuck due to low fee or the zcash network is high traffic that is why you still not receiving your zcash in your wallet..

Just as expected on a shit exchange you would eventually experience problems specially on Yobit. Withdrawals do pending for too long but somehow they do resolve it sooner or later if you are lucky enough. Dont tend to communicate or try to contact their support because they wont bother you to answer regarding on your queries or issues. The best thing to do now is too wait up since you cant do anything with that transaction.

What can you expect from yobit? Trusting them worth $3,000? You shouldn't put big amount there, I have some small trades there but I'm not considering putting more than $500 worth of crypto's there. Search through the entire bitcointalk forum and you'll see bunch of queries and problems about their withdrawal.

Don't expect it from them that they'll get to your ticket very quick. If they will be awarded through guinness, they are the worst and most terrible.

They aren't responding to their ticket on their site and I haven't tried contacting them on their pages.

They have bad/no support, but my withdrawals and deposits went smoothly. I don't know, how much fees they add to ZEC transactions. Maybe fees are low, so that transaction could take one or two days longer. If cryptocurrencies are under maintance and wallets must be updated, then one should better exchange to other coins. ZEC seems to be ok for withdraw.

You can expect zero support from them but when their hot wallet will get replenished withdrawals will eventually get through.

Once I had my USD withdrawal to perfectmoney got stucked their but it got through after few days. Seems like their ZEC hot wallet don't have $3k worth of ZEC at the time of your withdrawal.

You can try to reach them via their trollbox if you want.

I experienced very much the same yesterday while trading on hitbtc. I withdrew my eth and there was just a icon which showed that my wallet is refreshing. No tx ids at all. It was today that I realized that they haven't even put my transaction over the network. Try to check your deposit address in the block explorer to see if the amount is present there in the wallet or not.

Nah, it's not like that. Their support reply usually takes a few days. I've been using them for some time a year ago and had a  few "problems" with withdrawing and it's didn't take them weeks to months to fix the problem. Also, check the address because as I've understood, there's no txid at all or ? Try to open a ticket and ask them about it,they're sure to respond. No need to panic.

How do you know there are 0 confirmations if there's no txid? Am I missing something here?

Then you are just lucky enough that you have been able to accept response from them but seeing on the number of people who do complain about this matter then we can really say that their support do really suck but somehow they can able to solve up some issues even though their support doesnt answer but yet they are moving on solving problems without any notice but yet its not a convincing thing for me to use further more on this site.
