Title: Investors needed for exchange
Post by: Cyndre on January 13, 2018, 06:24:27 AM
I am launching a new exchange, payment system and multi crypto currency wallet.  I have came up with a way for instant spend withdraws and 0 fees from both my exchange and payment system.  For screenshots of my app check out https://www.facebook.com/cpaytoday/ (https://www.facebook.com/cpaytoday/)

All screenshots are 100% working code.

This would be a pre ICO investment, and it would be used for the ICO and also to get the MSB license that is required in Canada to run a crypto currency exchange.  Once the ICO is complete I plan to get licensing in as many different countries as possible.

If this idea interests you or you just want to leave general feedback on the app let me know by leaving a reply or emailing me at instapaycrypto@gmail.com

Thanks

Rather than making everyone email you for more details, why don't you spend a little (or preferably a lot) more time filling out this thread answering some of the basic questions people might have, including;

1. What assurances can you offer investments that their money is safe
2. Are you offering collateral for their investment, or not?
3. Are you offering partnerships, stakes in the company, or simply a return on investment?
4. Why do you think that this thread is sufficient to gain investment, when other companies have a detailed plan, including roadmap, beta-testers, advertising managers etc

1.  The only assurance I can offer is my word and the fact that I have a working app, which is more then most other detailed plans.
2. No collateral or I would take out a loan against it (I am not seeking a lot of investment).
3.  I am offering equity in the company if you are able to own part of a canadian company, or a cofounder position (need the business guy to write the detailed plan), or I am willing to do a return on investment.
4.  I am offering up a pre ICO investment, the funds would be used to put together the rest of it.  The one thing I have that they don't is a working app.

I also have many other plans and details that I am sharing on request, but not making public.  Little hooks that will get users on my wallet, and potentially on my exchange.  I am also developing a payment system with instant withdraws (0 fees, 0 confirmations needed, instantly spend withdrawn funds)

How much money you need? I think that it is better to try find investors off-line.

The problem with finding investors offline is crypto currency still isn't main stream enough where I live to find the right combination of person, money and interest in crypto currencies.  I need around $10,000 to cover expenses of lawyer fees to get my MSB license for Canada.  The application is free, I have KYC and AML documents from a friend that runs a bitcoin atm for applying, just need a lawyer to make sure I get it right.

I have figured out my ICO plans.  I am looking for input on what you guys think of my idea before I do up a white paper.

I am going to create a coin that is only used for getting support in my wallet, listed on my exchange, and listed in my payment system.  Ill premine x of them, and then sell them off at a discounted rate for purchasing future services or reselling to people that want to purchase future services.  The coins would also be used to purchase premium instapay address's (like dns for your email)

It will take 5,000 coins to get added into the wallet, 10,000 coins to get added into the payment platform, and 20,000 coins to get added to the exchange.  The price for the instapay address would be determined by the address being sought.

The coins would be premined for my initial ICO marketing and then they could be mined by anyone and sold to people that want to get listed in my app, or any business/person that wants a premium instapay address.

The value of the coin would be indirectly tied to my app's user base.  The more users I have the more valuable the coins become.

I would initially offer the coins around $.10 - $.20 cents a piece.  The coins value is based on what other exchanges are charging to get listed (I heard $20k roughly) with the ability to mark them up by 10x or more!

Let me know what you think.
