Title: Why there isn't a miner for primecoin that supports stratum yet?
Post by: pocesar on August 15, 2013, 08:12:24 AM
I was noticing, Primecoin (XPM) is drawing attention because of it's uniqueness. But there isn't any 'generic' miner capable of working with stratum so far, why is that?

If there's interest from the general public, I can modify poolers CPU miner to accept prime mining, along with stratum support, so everyone can create a pool for mining primecoin. Of course, it will be open source ;)
