No. It all depends on how they will pay you.

Those that pay in ETH or an Ethereum token will obviously require one. But mine (for example) - which pays in Bitcoin - will only require you a Bitcoin wallet.

Do we need to have ethereum wallet only if they pay us ethereum token? And with regards to bitcoin wallet, i have already coins.ph app. Is it okay?

Yes. As the name says, the token works inside the Ethereum chain. So they are stored in your Eth address.

Coins.ph is an exchange and not a wallet. The best option would be to use a desktop wallet where you control your private-keys (such as Electrum).

I think it's depend how they will pay you. In more case, many project has required a etherum address because they are is a token of etherum. But some project use their coin to pay the bounty.

You are right but as per experience it is better to store in coins.ph when the amount of bitcoin one will hold is not that big and most bounties does not give that much of a bitcoin. Instead of using desktop wallet, it is better to use hardware wallets like ledger nano s or trezor in place of a desktop wallet for more security when OP is planning on holding onto the bitcoins he get from bounty long term.

Not all campaigns ask you for an ETH address, it all depends on which blockchain is based, the currency and if you need your own wallet or the address where it is being developed, in the case of the ethereum token you need an ETH address that serves many tokens. in the case of those developed in the NEO chain you need a NEO address and so for others

Get an Exodus wallet, and then you will have the ability to hold many coins all on one platform.

Some bounties / airdrops / campaigns will only pay you, or will pay you a portion of your pay, in the token of the company itself. It's not always ETH.

Never use exchange addresses, you will not get anything to them! Register on myetherwallet.com, it is so easy to use and also secure. Once registered you will have the right address that you will be asked for in 95% of campaigns.

Not every campaign, But most campaigns are based on Ethereum that's why they ask ETH address. The ETH has to be ERC20 tokens supported address. That means like Myetherwallet, Metamask etc. Some projects are based on NEO. Then you need NEO address to getting NEO based tokens.
