Title: Looking to Selling Limited paypal account Post by: unknownd2 on January 14, 2018, 03:14:51 AM I have a paypal stealth account that was created in october 2017. and today it got limited and funds are held for 180 days. The current balance is just over 15k. I am looking to sell the access to the account for those who can pull the funds out now, or who want to wait 180days to pull it out. I can even mail you the cell phone that is tied to the account.
