I have a need for a VPN through which I can test a few of my applications, but it requires that my IP address is not guaranteed to change during testing. This is achievable if your sessions are persistent and the DHCP server does not reassign addresses in the middle of a session. I see no reason why it wouldn't work this way, but it is a must for what I am planning to do with it.
