You only need some patience. Wait and if you don’t receive the eth open a support ticket. But you should really wait some hours.

There is no reason for mew to scam people I have no problem to wait, but why does it says that the tx has confirmations, I cannot see the pending transaction on etherscan.io . If you look at the support message below, it doesn't include the receiving address by default. How could that possibly happened? I think that this is not scam, but just a failure. Most likely even there is an overload of etherium so transactions are more difficult than usual.
