whats wrong on exchanger HITBTC ?
I can't see price all altcoin , anybody can be explain because I use all my device , PC , smartphone .
and than Iam always dificult if sign in to my account hitbtc.

Well, I checked it and everything seems to be ok.
Except for chat box is full of messages "my balance is 0" and "my balance is back" so probably they are under maintenance although i couldn't find any information about ongoing maintenance.

If your balance on Hitbtc shows zero or nothing then you need to reference that account page few times continuously then it will appear. I too faced similar issue last month when TRX was shooting up and worried about my coins. But someone suggested me to refresh that account page and it worked.

Just now I logged and checked it looks all okay on my account.

me and my friends have problem same , and now I'am can't click sign in for login my account , I try another device can't accsess too.
few hours ago I can check my balance its working but my order I can't find it.
what happen with hitbtc ?

I've experienced that and the solution we have to do is wait to try again in a period of up to 1 day. because it happens purely in the hitBtc exchanger and we do not have to worry about it.

I am using HITBTC all day this day. And all things in hitbtc are fine. I can see my alts, I can see the charts and all other normal things that is really occuring in this exchange.

The only thing that is wrong right now is withdrawing BTC. Because, btc daemon stops I think? That's why so you can't withdraw for a while. Or you can withdraw but, it might get stuck, might take too long, worst, 4 weeks to receive your funds :D.

I cant register on hitbtc. Is there a new user stop on hitbtc like on binance? I try to register, but everytime i comes an error that i need a password wit an uppercase, lowercase letter and a nummer. The password i type complies with this rules, but its not possible to klick register button. Any advice?

Looks like you and your friends are the only one having problem accessing hitbtc(are they on the same network?) , i just logged in to check, it seems everything is working fine here. i still have my 5 usd worth alts there, i can see my transaction history etc..

Try opening hitbtc in incognito mode, also restart your router(it maybe IP address problem?).

Yep. hitbtc registration is disabled. when clicking on register button "undefined" error is shown.

most exchanges these days are experiencing a lot of problems due to increased traffic to their websites and their servers are not designed to handle this much traffic. your problem most probably can be because of this if not because of your slow internet connection.

try a faster connection or try another browser. for example if you are on Chrome then use Firefox and see what happens.

I just signed in to my hitbtc account and don't find any difficulty like what you are having right now. Maybe you can check on your internet connection.

I did it as well and it was good without any technical issues, maybe when you try to sign in coincide with their system maintenance. if you keep getting problem just send them an email so they can help you out

It is shit, it has scammed a lot of people in there, and that is the main reason of why no one wants to use hitbtc. A lot of people have pending withdrawals for more than a month, and a lot of people deposited money in there and it never appeared.

My friend also trying to login into his hitbtc and he could not see his balance too. I think it should be a systems problems not  that hitbtc is bad. We should also trying to remain patients after login like 5 to 6 minutes and your balance is going to reflesh according to my friend. I am having the same problems with etherdelta for some days now. I have trying to buy some token but I could not because of error in there system.

Been hearing a good amount of problems of support, coins being stolen, and a weird PO box registered in Colorado being their only point of contact for people peering into the site. I mean, a lot of the support things are thingds that we see on ALL exchanges -- as no one is able to handle the massive amount of demand that is present right now, and coins being 'stolen' could just be missing due to an error that must be rectified by support.

I've personally used it and haven't had an issue, but who knows with all of these random exchanges. Binance is what I like and Imma stick with it.

Came on, stop being so ridiculous.

DIMCOIN got listed on HitBTC, and their entire project was a shit because of HitBTC; they had a no-stable wallet for DIMCOIN, since it works with XEM, and a lot of people couldn't withdraw becuase of hitbtc issues.

This caused panic, and as soon as they fixed those issues (10 days after) everybody dumped their dimcoins.

Base price at $0,40 -> it is now at $0,04.

I am still trading on Hitbtc and I have not discovered anything about this site. Can you elaborate more on the problem you are experiencing here?
Hitbtc is a large trading site with daily trading volume among the top cryptocurrency trading sites in the world. Over the course of several updates, I am now satisfied with Hitbtc.

Every exchanges had no exceptions into this kind of problem. Im using Hitbtc back on previous month and i didnt experience such errors or issues since every went smooth and fine for me.Some people are now experiencing problems with hit. Showing no tokens balances usually do shows when theres a maintenance on the site or just only an overload issue.

I have the same too that my accountbis ok. I think refresh the page is the the way you can try to get your chart back. Or maybe still maintenance and you wait till the maintenance finish.

Maybe there a problem with your account,when i check it now all its oke,and i dont find something wrong,maybe your in the bad timing when you log in your account and thats time they repair there server for going maintenance,why dont you just try it now,so that you can conclude where the problem occur,if the problem will disame again maybe there's a problem in your account and you need the help of hitbitc services or some other site's to resolve this situation.

Wrong is that, they hava too big fees. It's too expencive, better to use Binance or bittrex.

I never get problem like that, can be turn of your device first or refresh it and then start login again. I used this exchange since 1 years ago but no any problem so far. This exchange is good but i dont understand about the price of some coin sometimes big different with others exchange, like price of Ignis token. But for the customer support and withdrawal still good.

my IP is blocked from HitBTC and bittrex , I don't know why hitbtc do this , my friends too .
maybe my Internet Service Provider is trouble for support.

New Problem with exchanger HITBTC again.
I'am to try deposit token , but few next time address for deposit is change and than I to try send email to customer service HitBTC and than they give answer just keep waiting .
I stay waiting 1 month and send email again but they are just answer always keep waiting.
why ?
because my friend have same problem  with me but my friends have fast respon from admin.
why they do this to me ?

The thing wrong with hitbtc is the withdrawal. iv'e used hitbtc a couple of times and all the time when i withdraw it takes what like 2hrs or so per transactions and they just made it successful when i contacted the support.

I think I have never had a problem with hitBTC, even yesterday I made a transaction using hitBTC and immediately withdraw but all went well and normal. the time required is only about 30min.

Maybe there is a problem with your network service or maybe in hitbtc itself have a minor update on there website as i see in my mobile phone and my laptop hitbtc  still good to use.

if I'am withdraw my balance its fine , but if I'am Token altcoin its problem , transaction has been done but Tx id not found on my account exchanger HITBTC.

Although there weboage showa no problem but i have encountered some problem with them.I deopsited some of my TRX and still my balance was shown as zero and after refreshing some time it still show the same.I contacted the team and they said the site was under maintaince but no official information was there.Otherwise its ok but due to some maintainance its remain down.

lately I'm not at all pleased with this trade exchange. Despite the fact that my account is protected by two-factor authentication, there were several unauthorized logins to the account. I blame the administration of the site for this.

I'd had an issue with HitBTC not loading data on account / exchange pages for over a year and finally figured out a way around the issue reading through this thread.

Someone above suggested loading the site in incognito mode (private window).

That actually worked.  Thanks for the suggestion.

I hadn't done any trading on the exchange in about 8-10 months due to getting frustrated with the intermittent issue with data loading and seems fine in private window / incognito mode.

nevermind, spoke too soon, same issue on private / incognito mode.   Data loading is still intermittant.  Still get connection to server error making it impossible to do any trading in a timely manner. 

I don't get any issue like you with HITBTC,  everything  is fine with this exchange.  You have to check your internet connection make sure nothing wrong. HITBTC is include top 10 crypto exchange and they was operating since 2013 and they is one of the trusted exchange.

I just login with my account with them, which has been dead for months and then I got some error. But then again when I was able to login, I was quite surprise to see them asking for KYC now? So definitely, I got disappointed again and probably will not login for the next couple of months since all of my coins their as just dust amount anyways. As for your problems, you may want to clear your bwowser cache and see how it goes for you. Best of luck.

I just can't say if they have the trust of the community because there have been lots of issues with them lately. Just go on Scam Accusations or Exchanges thread and you will find out what I'm talking about.

To add, maybe those limits on putting sell and buy orders like everything must be divisible by 10. That makes the order book pretty easy to manage but the fact that you are not trading on your desired amount is frustrating, like what you'd gonna do on you 9 extra coins right? They must have an option of converting it into a certain currency like what Binance does, converting your smallest asset into BNB.

You should just quit using hitbtc if you encounter a lot of issues, I mean maybe something on your part didn't fit on their system.
Go to CMC and search for your coin and look other exchange sites that had listed your coin. You see we have tons of platforms now so if hitbtc doesn't suits you then try the others.

Na, clearing cache had no effect / change.  Had tried that many times.

What I did find however is that when I access the exchange via wireless is when the data not loading problem occurs, so now I've seemed to resolve the issue I'd been having by using a wired connection.  Even though my wireless connection isn't slow, I just can't get the exchange data to load on market pages or account page when using a wireless connection anymore.

usually the problem is because the hitbtc website system is very slow responding, it also happened to me last year, but I'm sure it can now run back to normal, the website loading system improvement is improved, it would be better if your problem continues then You should install security so that if something goes wrong, get full support from hitbtc

maybe server or internet connection didnt synchronize well.i've been trading in hitbtc for years never had serious trouble with it.and i hope i future hitbtc improve their service.

this thread started on January and it is already November, i think they already improved their serviced and Hitbtc as we know, now can be trusted market and a lot of volume trading is happen in there.

Isn’t the first time HitBTC is going to be having an issue, but this one mentioned by the OP obviously seems to be a short technical problem which I believe it will be fixed eventually anyway. But at the same time, that does not change the fact that HitBTC is an exchange that sucks, and if you really do not have much value for the money you have, that is when you want to be using this exchange.

I know some of you may not have had trouble with it, but an exchange with no support, does not seem like something worth taking the risk, considering the fact that people have had crazy times with this exchange over the years when it comes to withdrawals and deposits.

It seems like it isn’t the first time Hitbtc has a critical issue. I hope it was a little technical problem that is now fixed, but it also seems reasonable to switch the exchange. Although Hitbtc was launched in 2013, the number of active traders is still rather low there. Compare it to CEX (https://cex.io/buy-bitcoins) will millions of users. You won’t face such problems there.

Soon such exchanges will be a thing of the past. I never liked Hit, especially because a big commissions. But it's not a problem. Coming soon exchang new generation. It will be a combination of centralized and decentralized exchange. As well as demo mode and a lot of free educational materials. What else is needed for successful trading? I don't think that Hitbtc is the reliable exchange to trade altcoins. There are other better options available such as Binance, KuCoin and Bittrex. As Binance is ranked top, so you can trade there without any problem.

I don't very trust to the old exchanges. Because they are too centrilized i think. Alwsys try to find some new, interesting. What are open for all and don't have teritorail restriction. The last one I liked is a VELVET Exchange. Quite interesting look. Interesting presentation. Open team.

I never use these new shady exchanges. You never know who are the owners and you will be ruined if one day you woke up and find that the exchange and its owners have vanished without a trace.

Oh, I also drew attention to this exchange. I read the material on the https://medium.com/velvet-exchange. The guys give their analytics on the market. There is a demo mode. I hope the exchange will turn out to be worthwhile. I will follow them

I thinks theres an undergoing maintenance on there exchange site's thats why there is something happen on there exchange trading and you cannot see thr price of all altcoins otherwise its is advisable to not put all your crypto coins in the exchange trading in almost one month so that if theres anythings happen on the exchange trading like bankcruptcy or undergoing maintenance you could not become victim of loosing your crypto coins.

I even wonder why people will keep using HitBTC and keep complaining, as they should know better by now that they are using a shitty exchange and if they cannot deal with whatever outcome that comes with using it, they should basically just opt out of it, no two ways. There are so many other better exchanges out there, so I wonder why they will keep trying to take a huge risk, considering the review of the exchange they are making use of is nothing to write home about. The handwriting is all on the wall; get out before you get squashed.

I had been using Hitbtc for almost 1 year and so far I never encounter any issues problem in it. In fact, according to the latest update at the coinmarketcap this exchange if I am not mistaken was one of the top 10 exchange in the market, which means it has still a high btc volume in the market so far.

I agree completely. Decentralized exchanges are the future of digital cryptoeconomics. I do not know whether the governments will give it full implementation. Is this feature expected on this exchange? I read about this on the Velvet blog. Or I'm wrong?

I used HitBTC a few years already and keep use it untill now, this exchange is one of the my favourite one because many new good token usually will first tradeable here so i get cheap price and they never get issue of hack. I have little problem with their charting that long loading but now that is solved. Sometimes the balance show zero because the internet conection is low so make sure internet connection running good. Just like binance they has stop limit order too.
