So you look for a manager then,  I guess it is better if you gonna take  things in btc or eth payment so people will gonna have the courage to be part of your team and render the service,  i think you can have those people who are trusted here.

The service you are requesting is illegal if I am reading this right. You are asking users to ask questions in your topic and you will pay them tokens correct? If that is the case, get ready for your ICO thread to be deleted

90% of ICO projects do that thing. But nobody tell about that here.
So it is funny, because talk about this - illegal, but do this - is okay :)

No.
ICOs hire managers to promote them using bounty and signature campaigns. They dont hire a bunch of third world half-english speaking shitposters to spam their project and make it look legit in front of people.

Thats a low way of promoting a project and its also against the rules here "No incentivising people for posting"

90% of the ICOs do that. But if anyone comes to know about this service, immediately a thread will be opened in the scam accusation section. that's it. Then no one will invest in that ICO. Bumping the ICO thread with paid service is  cheating the investors . If your ICO is good then you don't have to hire anyone to bump your thread.

You are wrong on so many levels here it is alarming, to say the least; There is no evidence whatsoever that 90% of ICO projects do this illegal service which you are proposing. You cannot just make things up and proclaim them as fact, because you assume everybody to be as underhanded as yourself. If you have evidence of specific or individual ICO projects doing what we are talking about then by all means show your evidence, call them out and action will be taken swiftly against them.

My assumption is that you can not produce a single instance of another current ICO project doing this, or even a past ICO project that was operating this way and the community knowingly allowed for it.

I'll tell you what is really funny, the fact that you are given an opportunity to explain yourself, correct your path and acknowledge your short-comings on this topic and still you spit in the face of yahoo, a respected member. You need to examine your behavior, because your ICO will be shut down, you will be tagged with negative trust for your actions and you will in all likelihood become barred from using this forum in any capacity.

Talking about it is okay, so long as you are denouncing it or exposing it; requesting it and performing it is what is not okay.
