This is an auction for 10 Shares in ASIC Mining Cooperative (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241493.0) managed by bizwoo in the Spanish section of the forum. For this cooperative the participants have now bought 4 KnCMiner's Jupiters and the auctioned shares belong to the 4th unit. 1 Share = 2.857Gh/s less expenses and reinvestment fund (1) (1) There will be a 2% administration fee calculated after expenses. Expenses include but are not limited to hosting, import duties, VAT, transport, PSU and any other expenditure that might arise. Hosting location is still not decided and will be voted by the shareholders. It is estimated to be anything between 180 and 330 USD per month. There is also a 10% of the mined BTC to be put in a reinvestment fund to be used for unforeseen circumstances and/or reinvestment. Order Status: - KnCMiner Jupiter Order No 470x Paid on 29/07/2013 Terms and Conditions: - Full terms and conditions (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241493.0) are those of the cooperative (thread is in Spanish but do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions) - Minimum quantity is 1 share/order. No maximum. - These shares are available and the Jupiter was already bought (paid); therefore, no Escrow will be offered. - Once auction is closed, I will provide address for the winners to make payment. - Payment must be done within 24h after auction has ended. - Payments must be done from address you control and can sign messages with. Also do you think it will be a problem that the group buy/hoster is Spanish. Do you think he's be able to competently communicate with us English speakers?

Hi Communication will not be a problem at all. As you can see in the OP, I am the manager/administrator of this Coop and I speak fluent English. Initially I planned to also publish this initiative in the English forum however the interest in the Spanish subforum was enough for my plans and therefore I did not do it. Now we are in the 4th miner and there is still a few shares available which I would like to sell. Price wise, I can improve the buy it now price but I would need to do it on another thread as the OP cannot be edited. Cheers... |
