Is stellar account viewer safe or should I consider other wallets?  Like a desktop one? I ordered already the Ledger Nano S but it will arrive in few months

so far there's no problem  there and I think stellar account viewer it's safe. may be the right choice hardware wallet for now, because lately many sites have been hacked and have people lose their assets. if your private key or secret key is not owned by someone else, your assets will be safe and always check the address of the site before you enter into it.
