Title: Cryptopia withdrawal "complete" tx provided - but not found on explorer Post by: NWJBL on January 15, 2018, 09:03:12 PM I am attempting to withdraw from cryptopia (which has a 0.25btc daily limit, by the way, and is overall an awful exchange to use). I have some PRL coming out, and have got the transaction ID, but it's not showing up in etherscan etc. The address is correct, I can see previous transactions I made to it.
I would think it's just cryptopia being slow but if they've given me the tx ID already then surely it's been broadcast, no? It's been two hours now. EDIT: Cryptopia's forums are full of people complaining similarly, it seems that no one is getting their coins lately. For weeks. Does anyone know what is happening? - a simple withdraw transforms in an epic adventure. - no one knows where some bought coins are! - support is answering weeks, ages, late. - the "Trollbox" (chat) is not for trolling, is for idiots laying around who write smilies. You dare to ask a general question like: "Are there any fees for cancelling an order?" and you'll be banned for a little eternity (80000 seconds?! WTF is that?:). Anyway, it looks like Cryptopia is commissioning even the cancelled orders despite that this shit is not stated in their TOS. Actually, their entire TOS is a piece of shit, but you'll have to find that out using the hard way. So, you have to scream to see your money moved thru blockchain! Their forum is just a way to avoid a part of support tickets. Like this: "We have cleared the backlog of ZCL withdrawals and these are now processing well. Please close any outstanding ZCL tickets if your issue has been resolved. Of course, if you load your account the whole process takes minutes. Simple put: avoid Cryptopia if you like the crypto trading being simple.
