Good technology and good team which is more important?

Good tech

Well both are important,  cause with a good tech and no good team,  what will be the purpose of the tech,  a good horse without an expert rider, will not achieve it fill potential.  They both compliment each other

Both are equally important.  They compliment each other.  If there was an amazing coin with promising tech but a shitty dev team the coin will not reach it's full potential.  

Team always before anything, tech can be developed, knowledge too, but a good team that synergizes properly is unstoppable

I can not say which one is better because i know both those thing are very important.
Before choosing any of ico, i will prefer the ico which has real working product and after that good technology and developer.

A supportive team with good technology can contribute much to the success of a coin.  I feel that we always rely a lot on technology nowadays but forget that they are developed by a human resources that made its existence possible.  Before a coin could exist, i feel that it should have a reserve manage by an existing known company or team ready to take a risk.  Beefcoin campaign is one of the coin that is not only supported by green organic technology but also have a guaranteed resources for its created token (stated in its whitepaper) coming from its own creator.  It has a feature that makes it unique from the rest.

I think it is a good team, a good team will find better technology to develop and maintain the project, and someone have the technology, may abandon the project, to start a project.
