while some people still believe the pump and dump of cryptocurrencies is as a result of demand and supply some are of opinion that its possible the coin price are being influenced by dev and large investors who seems to be controlling the market. such is what is currently happening to the crypto coin now. almost all coin price has fall. what is your own opinion

We are well that there are many whale groups who meet on telegram and other secret places to discuss which coin they will pump and when they will dump. We know this market is riddled with manipulation due to the low liquidity. Look what is happening now, the markets are in free fall because now everyone is panic selling and there is blood in the streets. Also every time a coin gets shilled and pumps, you know the whales are already dumping and that is the time to exit. I missed out on this last bull run, won't let it happen again lol.

Sure... Manipulation is more than real, the whole market is manipulated by whales, media, and crypto celebrities. but ok, this will change in time.. 

Yes. Indeed, the situation in the crypto-currency market is controlled by whales. In the market, there are continuous manipulations. And it still needs to be taken for granted and adjusted to these manipulations. Then it will work out.

Well we can not manipulate any of the value of cryptocurrency anybody can not manually manipulate, Well it will increase from the number of its demand, Well certain whales might investment a lot of money on a certain Crypto that is why the value would increase so much and they can sell their coins and that would decrease its value that is the kind of manipulation they can do with Cryptocurrency.

Except for Ripple, I doubt that the top coins can be manipulated due to the sheer amount of people holding these coins...

Of course the price of bitcoin can be manipulated. But I think that this is not related to manipulation, or rather what is happening today, I think all this is the beginning of a war, a financial war. And we are with you, we are not free participants.

I am convinced that prices are being manipulated.

Sure, ther are panic sellers but those are inexperienced users and they make a small portion of the holders.
In the middle are us who are holders and who do not panic, just hold, but we're not by means rich.
But none of us can really change the market as much.

It's the whales who manipulate, but it is organized manipulation between whales. There are groups of whales working together to manipulate the market. It's highly unregulated and a lot of things that people do in crypto would land you in jail if you tried to do it with let's say stocks.

In the end, we need the whales and the whales need us.

you don't need to be a scientist to see how manipulated altcoin prices are. just a quick look at the altcoin price charts over the longer period of time such as a yearly or 2-3 year charts shows you a lot of ups and downs which do not look natural at all.
ups that take 2 days to increase >100% and downs that take a very short time to go back down are clear indication of pump an dumps that are going on.

It doesn't really take much to manipulate the market these days and will probably only get worse which makes cryptos look like a joke really. I don't think the news from Korea was intended to be direct manipulation from them, but I guess you never know. One thing I do know is it's scary and sad that this is all it takes to cause manipulation but you cam blame panic sellers for that ultimately.

Why you think that the price of cryptocurrency being manipulated? I think the price many coin of cryptocurrency influenced by many people who invest in cryptocurrency :)

Absolutely, cryptos are being manipulated by large whale groups. Just look at the odd increase in the price that a lot of cryptocurrencies had in the december, such increases aren't organic, they were completely manipulated by those with big pockets that realized they can make a lot of money by playing with the emotions of cryptocurrency users, some users give in to 'panic sell', while some others give in to FOMO from shitcoins. Pump and dump schemes are out on full force, and have been for a while, and there's nothing we can do about it.

If anyone manipulates the crypto currency, he will never tell and will distribute such information, otherwise it will alienate those who carry money into this sphere of activity. One can only guess without real evidence.

Of course, I have already said this more than once that the price of bitcoin can be manipulated, because now, especially in recent years, a lot of people have entered the bitcoin, large banks and so on, and now they just go out, making their profit.

I do think that crypto price is being manipulate by the big players. IMO, the officials in the governments seem to have interests in crypto. The bad news come after the price has been pumped and good news come after Bitcoin reach its low point.

I think some people are playing with us.

Of cource the market is manipulated. Previously we heard negative news from Chinese miners and this had a very strong effect on the price of bitcoin. Then the bad news came from the Chinese government. And all this happens at a time when the price of bitcoin is at its peak.

All markets are manipulated (not just cryptocurrency markets). But just remember they are manipulated on the way up as well as down.

Where investors go wrong is not taking profits when the markets are up. Remember that moon shorts are rare, if you are in profit, realise that profit before your coin falls back down to earth.
