I have sold some XRP/ETH/ADA when they were high, I am thinking to maybe buy some back now. What do you think? Is this a right time, or should I wait for the prices to drop even more?

And you of that? Do not see that there is a market collapse.? If you do not mind, invest, but I'll wait.

yea the market now is very complicated to enter, becouse we still cant know if this descendent trend of all altcoins will lasts for a while

If you think they will drop more, wait. If I were you, and I have a lot for investment, I would invest now, but not all, if I see it dropping more the following week, I will invest again and again for as long I have something to invest for. If you afford to buy them at peak price, it is easy to buy now or later if it will drop. Later on when it pumps, you will get a lot of profit.

I always advise anyone that intend to sell their altcoins to not sell them all so far you get them at quite a cheaper rate. You made quite a mistake by doing that, now you have to re-buy them again. Well, the deed have been done. It is better you purchase the coins now and don't wait when they might dump cause I doubt if it will happen sooner. The longer you wait, the higher the price.

I think now is the best time to buying ETH. Due to now ETH still down in the market, but i'm sure ETH will be raise again in this year. ETH is the best long term investment for future, I just suggest you to be patient to holding your ETH and buy now if you don't have this coin. Don't wait too long guys, you will regret it if you don't buy this coin now ! Let's make a good decision guys

I couldn't check ADA and also there is no need to have some new thing for ETH. Both prices are down so it is good to buy for them
But for XRP ; there is lots of news for it and price is really dropped down so much so my favourite to invest right now is XRP. IT may touch up 3 USD or more soon.

Waiting will just be a waste of time in my opinion. Buying now will not have a that much difference and it is more advantageous. Altcoins' market value are now down but most of it are exected to be more expensive in the future. Buying these coins will yield to profit. So just continue holding and if possible, invest to those coins.

buy ETH Now, but i suggest you wait for some days then buy XRP/ADA.

I think after fork Bitcoin will increase more.

I would say keep buying small amounts, i.e. average down if you expect the market to go down further.  I would average down XRP and ADA definitely as both have 2x to 5x potential from here.
