OgNasty, I recently picked up a share of NastyFans which says the issuer is Nasty Mining. Is this in anyway related to your Monarch upgrade loan on bitcointalk?

Wish i had the extra coin to shoot something but 5 is way to rich for my blood at the moment. But monarch line does look quite interesting. Good luck with your venture.

I am sorry to say BFL has a terrible record of being a ponzi... I am an Avalon chip buyer.. for the most part I would never buy a mining rig with hopes of ROI vs Shipping delays.. I would prefer to build my rigs =D.. and still probably get ponzied

As a customer of BFL, I like many can attest to the emotional roller-coaster we went through with this first generation of ASIC miners.  For this first generation (ASICs), Nasty Mining was at the top of the order list, so we received our singles once BFL started shipping.   This loan is to support putting us in a similar position once these start shipping.   I don't personally see BFL as a ponzi scheme, because while they took an exceedingly long amount of time to deliver, they have delivered mining equipment superior to their competition from an efficiency perspective, as well as aesthetic.  While they effectively showed up last to the party this generation, I have some confidence that they're better situated now to scale up than they were previously, I'm also thinking as it appears they're going with a single product that is more expensive, it should cut down on the number of orders and make a production ramp up easier to do rather than supporting three different products as they are now.   On a final note, I've been a seat holder with Nasty Mining since last year, and it's been a pleasure to be a part of the Nasty Mining community, I'm happy to do whatever I can to support it, as ultimately it'll come back in the way of donations and higher seat prices  ;D

What is the minimum to loan to you? Also, when is expected repayment?

I'm not accepting any more funds at this time.

Since I'm allowed a LOL, I'll just let one go here.
Kind memories about this scam, as you were the first to ever delete one of my posts on this forum. :)

My response:

"I do not think scam means what you think it means..."

or

"Look Mommy, a troll!"

You pick.

*pick*!

I know it sucks, you're gonna have to pay all the loans back again before you can scam...
And next time could be worse... :(

Lenders not repaid on or before October 5th, 2013 will be offered an additional BTC0.1 tip per BTC5.

Hopefully, this attempt won't work, and hopefully, nobody will get lured into your final scam.

Shhh...  You're ruining my plan.  Soon bartenders everywhere will be refusing my tips for fear I'm trying to scam them.

I'm sorry.
Above all for the people on the list, cause you're probably pondering whether to quit now or on next (bigger?) scam attempt.
And obviously, best bet is that you're going off now, another round would be too risky, now.

Or you can bet on me being just a troll, and harvest even more on the next, last loan. :)

Well no complaints here - Nasty had another loan before this to fund a mini rig (that is currently in the process of being paid back with some greens) and then opened this loan to fund some additional monarchs.  Once we get the monarchs and the first loan gets repaid I'm sure we'll get repaid shortly after.  I've never had a complaint about the way Nasty operates, and he's had plenty of opportunities to mess things up and he hasn't - so why would he start now?

Like kroneko said, I have no problems with the way OG Nasty has done this.  It states in the OP that the loans won't start to be back until the gear arrives. This is not a scam - OG Nasty is one of the most trustworth people I've met (even though I haven't met him yet!!!!)

It's not a scam.

I was part of the old GLBSE nastymining security back during the IPO... OGNasty made good on converting everyone over to the "new fanclub" or whatever (still pays out too) I haven't been a member / stockholder or whatever for more than 6 months, but I still might even rejoin nastyfans when it gets closer to monarch shipping time. (by then, my own ASIC hardware will be far less profitable)

Probably a little late me responding here - but I'll attest to reaching an agreement with Nasty to settle the outstanding debt obligation and I'm happy with the arrangement we came to.   Despite what detractors will say, Nasty is a stand up person to do business with, and I've had no complaints.

That's cool if you have some kind of agreement, and you beleive in it.
I might be too quick when reaching the trigger.
I still am very dubious, here, but I'll just watch for now. :)

A repayment agreement has been reached with the remaining lenders in exchange for this debt and more info can be found here:
