That's a joke from hitbtc. it is on the website Dear traders, fees for incoming ETH token transactions will be introduced today. I will not trade a token there anymore. there are better and cheaper platforms like binance and other new exchanges. So better i will find some other exchange.

They will lose a lot of customers if this is the new rule. I really don't understand why an exchange would introduce something that would lose them money. I already found hitbtc annoying anyway as you can only trade in round numbers, so I have loads of tiny value coins on there.
