HashFast is using water cooling to remove heat from it's single 350W chip, and they have a full sized PC case for just one chip!

I do feel for everyone caught up in the BFL and Avalon situations.

You have my heartfelt sympathy.

This pre-order model with one year of wait on Butterfly, hiders the equal distribution of bitcoins, thereby limiting its adoption, thereby limiting its success.

The result will be multiple currencies, only value would be if the hardware is then transferable to these new currencies. Since you could use the hardware to mine those new currencies, provided the same math style money creation.
