More importantly, fiat exchanges close the doors on new investors. bitstamp,bitfinex(10000usd input to have an active account),bittrex,cex etc almost everyone is down/closed for new people. And you expect the price to be high? No new money in the market all the exchanges basically manipulating everything. Now that the value of bitcoin is now below $10,000 it will create more panic among the people for sure because this crash ATL percentage is the first time in the history too therefore its really need a positive development to keep them holding. BTC and the cryptocurrency world will be back with a bang when the air settles. In as much as some govts are making negative decisions towards BTC, lots more are coming on board.
