There is no way for the buyer to know you didn't make a copy of the key.
That said, it is worth more than 0.1 BTC, since it was funded before all the forks (BCH+BTG+SBTC+???) you probably have about 0.118 BTC in value there. Your best bet would be to redeem it for FV and benefit from all the forked coins that are on there too.

Research forked coins, how to safely claim them and exchange them to bitcoins, and as I see you wrote in other topic that you have to pay 0.015BTC fee to send it, may I suggest you to send it with low fee and wait a bit longer for transaction to confirm? However, a large number of people can create a purse themselves. Buying yours is a risk that you do not leave a copy of the key. Agreed with Olgaroid, if you wanted to have a loaded paper wallet it's best to do it yourself.
