You can use paypal money to buy bitcoin at the exchange VirWoX https://www.virwox.com/ thou. You have to buy SLL there first and then buy BTC's for the SLL and there fee's is pretty high, first time people use paypal to buy at VirWoX they hold the funds for 48 hrs i think, to reduce the risk for chargebacks.
