Title: Snacks and Beverages
Post by: robertbogdon on July 11, 2011, 02:43:58 AM

Now that I'm out of the newbie forum...

Three cases, each containing 4 six-packs of 12 ounce cans, drop shipped to your location.  3BTC includes shipping, that's about .042 BTC per can, or about $0.63/can.

Items are shipped through a wholesaler/dropshipper.  Through my wholesaler acount, I have access to a number of products that can be shipped directly to you, at what is hopefully a reasonable price.  Many of these items will be cheaper if you purchase them at the store, however prices are generally higher to cover shipping, and the fact that most grocery stores do not accept BitCoins.  Discounts are available for multiple items, bulk orders, etc.  I'll also take .5 BTC off the first 10 orders.  If you're looking for just about anything, let me know and I'll get you a price if it's available.  If you have any questions about any of the items, please let me know.

Other snacks/beverages available include:

Gatorade G2 Raspberry Melon Thirst Quencher, 24-pack of 20 ounce bottles: 3 BTC
Propel Zero Berry or Lemon Flavor Fitness Water, 36 pack of 20 ounce bottles: 2.75 BTC
There are dozens of teas, juices, and powdered drink options, let me know what you want.

Lays Classic Potato Chips. 1 oz in sealed bag, pack of 100: 4.5 BTC

Cereal, in individual serving flat bowls (most are about .8 ounces), 92 bowls per packages, for 6 BTC:
  • Berry Berry Kix
  • Cheerios
  • Coco Puffs
  • Cookie Crisp
  • Golden Grahams
  • Honey Nut Cheerios
  • Honey Nut Chex
  • Kix
  • Lucky Charms
  • Reese’s Puffs
  • Rice Chex
  • Total
  • Total Raisin Bran

  • Wheaties

Cereal, in individual serving flat bowls (most are about .8 ounces), 96 bowls per package, for 6.5 BTC:

  • Corn Flakes
  • Corn Pops
  • Fruit Loops
  • Frosted Mini Wheats
  • Frosted Flakes
  • Raisin Bran
  • Rice Krispies
  • Special K
Other packaging/serving size options are available, as well as Malt-o-Meal brand cereals for a less expensive option.  If there’s a cereal you’re looking for, and you don’t mind the generic version or want individual serving boxes or the larger round bowls, let me know.
Hershey’s Snack Pack, includes ten each of the snack sized items below, for 3 BTC:
  • Reeses 100 Calorie Pack Snacksters

Lots of other cookies and crackers in snack sized packaging, in cases.  Generally from 3 to 6 BTC for 30-120 servings.  Let me know what you’re looking for.  There are also lots of candies available.

I am really starting to like all the fascinating opportunities. Will you ship anywhere in the US?

Continental US, sorry Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam... and anyone else I'm forgetting.  Basically, "Classic USA" + Alaska and Washington DC.

Do you have Sour Patch Kids?

Yes, however they appear to be relatively expensive due to shipping.  The SKU is CDB43147.  These would be about 2.5 BTC shipped.

The wholesaler I'm working with does not provide shipping to Canada.  I have started the process of opening an account with another wholesaler that may offer more international shipping options.  However, if there's something you really want to buy with bitcoins, and you don't mind paying a little extra, let me know what you're looking for and I'll figure something out.

Unsweetened Tea?

There are about 200 brew your own tea options if that's the route you want to go, but I'll need some more specific information.  There are a number of sugar-free (artificially sweetened) single serving powdered tea options, but none that are specifically labeled unsweetened.  Here's a list if you're interested.  The Arizona Tea options seem to be the most economical.

Cases of 90 individual powdered drink packets, from Arizon Tea, for 3.5 BTC:
  • Arnold Palmer Half Iced Tea/Half Lemonade (not sugar free)
  • Sugar Free Green Tea with Ginseng
  • Sugar Free Lemon Iced Tea
  • Sugar Free Peach Iced Tea
  • Sugar Free Pomegranate Green Tea

Cases of 120 individual powdered drink packets, from Crystal Light, for 6 BTC:
  • On the Go Iced Tea (sugar free)
  • Peach Tea Drink

Case of 30 individual powdered drink packets (artificially sweetened, naturally and artificially flavored), from "Office Snax", for 2.1 BTC.

Most of the cereal comes in three options, though not every option is available for every variety.  I'll use Cheerios as an example.  The round bowls are generally about 50% more cereal, but come in smaller quantities.  The individual boxes are about the same amount of cereal as the flat bowls.

The Malt-o-Meal brand cereals are also available in what I believe is a standard sized (multiple servings) box.

If the second wholesaler I'm opening an account with has what you're looking for, I'll let you know.  I did find some powdered Lipton that I missed the first time.

Boxes of 120 packets, 5.5 BTC:
  • Iced Tea To Go - Lemon Flavor
  • White Tea Raspberry flavor Iced Tea

Boxes of 70 packets, 3.5 BTC:
  • Green Tea to Go Sugar Free Iced Tea
  • Energize Iced Tea to Go - Blueberry Pomegranate

Keep in mind that all of these appear to be artificially sweetened.

Bumping this thread.  The original prices are no longer valid due to the drop in BTC exchange value.  If there's anything on the list (or not on the list) that you're looking for, please let me know and I'll get you an updated price.  Also keep in mind that the original prices included shipping, with the assumption only one item was being purchased.

Do you have lemon iced tea?

There are two options, both are single serving powdered tea, just add water:

Arizona Sugar Free Lemon Iced Tea Mix, Case of 90 Packets: $48.73 / 3.82 BTC
http://www.blah.net/drupal/node/19 (http://www.blah.net/drupal/node/19)

Lipton Iced Tea To Go - Lemon Flavor, Case of 120 Packets: $74.91 / 5.87 BTC
http://www.blah.net/drupal/node/20 (http://www.blah.net/drupal/node/20)

With the current direction of BTC / USD, these are based on the low price on MTGOX, which it hit just a few minutes ago.  Shipping will generally be about $7 or .5 BTC, some items may require an additional shipping charge, or a large quantity of items may require additional shipping.  I'll even cover shipping on the first five orders.

Bumping this thread again.  Take advantage of this opportunity to convert your BTC to FOOD.  Cookies, crackers, beverages (some ready to drink, most powdered), cereal, etc.  If it's not in the thread, or you want a price for something in BTC, just let me know.  The MtGox weighted average is always acceptable, but if you think there's a good case for an alternate exchange rate, let me know.  Offer for free shipping on the first five orders still stands, there's been a lot of interest, but no orders yet.

Giving this another try.  If there's anything you're looking for foodwise, even if it's not on the list, let me know.  The prices above are likely no longer valid due to the fluctuations in BTC.

It's a real long shot, but you wouldn't happen to have some Blenheim Ginger Ale - Hot Flavor( http://www.amazon.com/Blenheim-Ginger-Ale-12oz-Bottle/dp/B002OSFQ2I/ ), would you?

Title: Re: Snacks and Beverages
Post by: robertbogdon on August 01, 2011, 11:43:45 PM

Nope, there's a few flavors of gatorade, both liquid and powdered, lots of juices, hawaiian punch, teas and coffee.  And, bizarrely, Diet Dr. Pepper.

Diet cherry Dr Pepper?

Nope, it's regular diet dr. pepper.  It's really bizarre. It's the only soda the dropshipper carries.

It looks like 240.  I went ahead and added it to my site with a picture and all of the details.  Shipping will probably be about $9.  Discounts would apply for more than one item.

It looks like the Ramen thread is dead, and there was a non-serious offer for Pepsi while I was out.  I'm still offering a case of Diet Dr. Pepper and have a few varieties of Ramen available.  If anyone is interested I'll get new prices posted for those items, or any other items you're looking for.
