I gross about 65k per year some years better then others.

My over head is about $1550 per month.

Offsite back up to a server I own and have a few buisiness cleints on it. I charge personal $49 a year business $90 every three months.
Hourly onsite repair rate $65 per hour
Inshop $45
Dell partner
over 15 distributors.
only one in klamath falls OR willing to work on laptops and Macintosh Nitch
credit card system take visa.mastercard and Discover
have odds and ends for inventory
and also have nice glass cases
business has been in business since 2001
over 350+ clients serviced since then.
just in the build up of the name and reputation has been over 200K in the last 10 years
Google search for the business also is grandfathered in so any klamath falls computer repair or onsite service will be at the top of the list. (15K value)

There's immigration lawyers everywhere in Vancouver, BC that specialize in setting up entities. You can also just fly here and not return. Probably wouldn't catch on until 10+yrs. Students on 6mos visas sell their leases to other people under the table, you can move straight into a furnished apartment with no ID and no record of you living there. Perfect if all your work is online anyways

Guy selling his biz why don't you just lease it to your employee since he already runs day2day.
Keep 10% as a silent partner or something til he can buy you out?
