There is no significant difference unless Nitro + comes with a better VRAM from Pulse. But in the case of mining it is not a serious matter. You just do OC and you get the same effect with Nitro +. So you are very lucky if anyone will give the card for free. For PSU, we start from mathematics calculation. RX580 Pulse has a TDP of 185 W. 3x185W = 555 W. yes the PSU you have is sufficient. If there is, you must pre-order and you must give away some of your money first (Offline Store). If On-line Store you must enable email notifications, the stock already exists.
