I came back to this board and thought my username got deleted because i couldn't figure out my password and recovery didn't recognize my email - turns out someone else is using my account, not sure how but is there any way to recover it?

Post 377 was my last one (in german!) and 376 almost two years later someone else is using my name -.-

First you need to move your thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0

Then if you post/signed any address before you get hacked you should sign a message from that address and follow these instructions: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

This is only way you can get your account back,but you need provide proof(sign message) and have patience.

you are in a wrong board buddy. if you want some help by some other trusted member here move this thread to META (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0) section. theres a lot of members that can help about your problem.
but there are something bothering me, if you are a former member of this forum? why this thread created at wrong board? just a little bit curious.

I can move my own posts? Cant find the option...

And i was pissed as hell and couldn't find a better section ffs - how would you react coming back after a few years and noticing that someone else is posting in your name?!
