Second time I start the verification process and second time after sending the request my document was rejected at once as I have sent them. How could I know what is the reason for rejection, and how I can finish the verification? Any idea? What should I do? Have you comply to all requirements listed on the link given? All information you provided in their form should matched the data in your ID/documents and be clearly scanned.

I checked my document several times before send them to cex.io, but no any hint from them why they rejected. |
