Title: Problem with Binance deposit (23K Verge showing deposited but not available) Post by: 2bfree on January 19, 2018, 05:26:30 PM So it's been over a month and multiple tickets and Binance first kept saying wait wait. Finally now they said you have been credited for your deposit. So it does show ti's cleared and confirmed but when i go to trade verge I only have half a verge instead 23K verge.
Anyone having problem like this with Binance and they now just give same answer we credit you and just repeat that with new ticket they just ignore me. I think it might be a bug and I would say to support to log in and look if it's available to trade I even send pictures the support person just lookes at deposit history and it satates I got the coins but I'm not able to sell or withdrowl. Not sure where to go from here? What can I do the Binance support is ignoring me?
