I've finalized a deal with a small group of investors for $30,000. The funding will be used mostly for marketing efforts (including a possible TV/radio ad). A part of those funds, about $10,000, will be kept as reserves for the exchange until the exchange builds up its own reserve. Thanks. Are there any user fees? The exchange holds the fiat. The merchant/user fees as well as other financial details will be posted when finalized. The servers will be located in Panama and as posted in the earlier thread, all payment processing is through third party processors. Goldcoins price per coin was much lower than DGC, and the total number of coins to be made is less as well, so there is absolutely no way that Goldcoin came even close to DGC market cap.
