Institutional investors have some pretty strict rules regarding investment-risks, which means they most likely will be investing in Bitcoin with a HODL position. The new money inflowing was not obvious, but I read a few articles that said a lot of these investors suddenly began selling off or liquidating SOME of their long-term assets, this was noticed all over big funds in the world. It was not so big to create panic among them, but it surely speculated exactly what this article said: long termed hodl position.

So I assume there will be a peak in 2019 or 2020 like you, after that bubble is going to burst or maybe after 4-5 years, market cycles is not clear. They're quite likely to collect coins before shorting massively while spreading massive FUD on MSM to shake out all the weak hands.
