Title: ETH Zero mining question
Post by: Ranyar on January 20, 2018, 09:50:10 AM
Hello colleagues!
Tell me please, is there already any preliminary information about the nuances of mining ETH Zero?
I understand that the fork will only be today/tomorrow and I'm not talking about the price. I'm interested in the initial complexity of mining and quantification of coins, which can be mined on videocards.
Thanks!

The snapshot already happened at block 4936270. AFAIK, the block reward distribution is exactly like DASH, 45% to the miners, 45% to the masternodes and 10% to the governance treasury. 10,000 ETZ for a masternode.

Thanks, Sir.
I see that ETZ already traded on the Yobit stock exchange.
I hope that the ETZ mining will be more profitable in the first months than the ETH. Without involving miners, this coin is unlikely to receive much support from the community.

Update: i try to mining ETZ with ethminer, but my hashrate is too low - only 2.8 Mh/s - why? Year ago i have 21 Mh/s (GTX 970 Gaming).
