I am newbie here and activity level in around 26.
Am I eligible to post in other thread and sections other than Beginners and help?
If not how long will it take before I can share in other threads. I am newbie but I am technically sound and want to help people who are new.

You can post in any section you want, which you already did by posting in the DeepOnion thread. As long as you're not spamming, you should be fine.

Besides, posting only in Beginners and help won't get you into campaigns. No campaign wants you posting there only. Also, you really have to diversify your postings to give colouration to your contribution too on this forum.

i think its possible since i have seen a lot of newbies like me posting on other forums.
it's possible as long as you follow the rules and don't spam and make sure the topic you're posting are similar or it has a connection with the forum you're posting on.

The fact is that most newbies dont bother to read through therules and regulations of the forum before posting and this is why they always get banned or negative trust. Its good for him to ask anyway.

Is it not obvious? If don't have nothing to say, you shouldn't try to make a post. Also, if you only can tell thing which was already said in that thread, it's better to repeat same stuff in other words.

Yes we can! There is no violation if we will post in other thread but be sure that what you will post is not spamming or having a quality post because moderator are always there to filter the quality post.
