do you have indefinite mining contracts?  oh and i think it would be a better idea the set your rates in usd.

Its set to a length of 2 years. Or until
mining becomes unprofitable.

Once mining becomes unprofitable during the duration of 2 years
we sell the units and all proceeds go to all share holders.

It's more then likely there will be newer and better ASICS
by then, thus mining won't be profitable anymore.

Our vision was to have a Bitcoin Company. Atm we
accept only Bitcoins.

any insurance if, lets say the hashing didnt come as promised on that certain month?

Its in the FAQ page.

If a company is delayed, depending on the length. If its too long we will
consider a refund and splitting the proceeds back to all the investors.

Atm, we won't offer hash rate/Insurance with dividends if the equipment doesn't arrive.

Well difficulty won't go up forever for sure. It should follow the same
transition from CPU>GPU, as GPU>ASIC.
Asics already reaching the modern level, so it will be slowing down in the near future.
Also consider 28NM is still in the early adoption phase.

So you can profit massively from being an early adopter.
