Deposits of cryptos are not credited to my account. I tested with PPC and BTC several times. It began around one day before.

Withdrawels are possible, so I believe it's a technical problem.

I also believe, that others could also be effected. Can anybody try to deposit a fraction into his account and tell here if it works?

I wrote two support emails and a PM to Kumula, without any answer yet. Does anybody have a more direct way to the admins?

Yep!  Happened to me too.  100 LTC not showing up with 70+ confirmations.  Very frustrating!  I emailed them, no response yet.

I'm writing to Kumala again, hope he has an explanation but more important a solution.
my two ltc deposits were done yesterday, and no signs of them after 24hrs. really frustrating.
withdrawals seems to be ok though.

I PM'ed Kumala too.  I linked this thread to him so hopefully he'll respond with an explanation.  I saw something about an update on the home page from Aug. 15th.  Maybe it's still an issue.

Same here, DVC NMC LTC IXC all show no transfers.

My NMC deposit doesn't appear since yesterday and that's annoying me. I sent 2 emails to customerservice@vircurex.com and customerservice@cryptostocks.com with no reply so far. I understand that any exchange may have issues but keeping its customers unposted is a very bad attitude, definitely :(

Glad I found this thread, just had a LTC transfer not show up, though everything looks correct in the blockchain.

I emailed customerservice@vircurex.com this morning too, so far no response though.

usually they reply, although in takes at least about 48 hrs... which is too much in my opinion, with this attitude vircurex is doomed to keep falling. can't believe they still haven't a twitter account, the one under their name is a fake, maybe not many people know that.

all decent exchanges have a chat or an online help window, or even a 24/7 support online

hopefully they are aware of the issue by now some news would be nice

It's running well again

not really, I'm waiting for 2 days and see no funds yet + no response at all

do you mean it can take more (i.e. 5-6 days, a week or more) to respond?

After most deposits work fine, I simply would resend my issue to the support. It's not ideal, but perhaps they have swept out all emails that have been sent before because of lack of time.

I'm sending reminders every day (3 days so far) from my 2 diff. emails to their 2 email addresses. Nothing. Maybe someone knows other means to contact them or at least had some replies? Please help, I never had such a whacky situation.

That's a bad treatment, I will consider this for my invests. I cannot help you.

Got my depo after almost 4 days. No reply from support, no explanations, as if nothong happened :(. Be aware folks that Vircurex can sometimes disturb your trading plans making no apology at all
