As of right now, Bitcoin is about 400% more profitable to mine than Litecoin

True, current market rate is about 50 LTC = 1 BTC, so it's more profitable to mine BTC ;)

You just answered the question which is in my mind. Is it worth investing hardware to mine LTC or BTC? I guess the answer is BTC.
