Title: Baikal Giant-B and their customer service issues. Post by: powerhouse 465 on January 20, 2018, 11:13:24 PM Has anyone here ordered the first wave of Baikal's Giant-B solo? I ordered 6 units and wired them the money. I'm sure I wasn't scammed considering I cross referenced the address on the forums. They also sent me an email confirming my address. It seems a third party group buy has already gotten their equipment. I have emailed and skyped Baikal with no avail. Any ideas guys?

I am in the US. they should tell you which carrier apon giving you the tracking number, once it hits the US it should say on the tracking info, once then you have to call the carrier and have your tracking number ready and a creditcard Title: Re: Baikal Giant-B and their customer service issues.
