I will create a list of CEX debts and pass it to a law office in the UK. It is very important to publicize the CEX case in the social media so that other users do not lose their money. First and foremost, we would like to emphasize that the decision not to list BSV was made some time ago and many factors influenced such a choice. Let us also specify that the email notification about that was sent a month prior to the email you have received on July, 10 and it included the recommendation to withdraw BSV from CEX.IO during a month and also it contained the information about Storage Fee that would be applicable after July, 11. We are sorry that such news appeared to be disappointing for you, still, it is fair to mention that Storage Fee is in no way a new type of fee but rather long-existed and stated in CEX.IO Terms of Use policy. As for the service interruptions we were facing, they appeared due to technical issues on the side of our data center provider.
