I received this image by email, I'm looking for other news about it. Still, I think it might be a good marketing move for Walmart.

There is no way retailer to accept anonymous coins like ZCASH. Or bytecoin?!

I think this is fake and made to hype bytecoin.

Of all good coins out there why they would accept bytecoin? This project already abndoned and no updates about it.

But if this is true then, it is still good news knowing that more and more merchants were accepting cryptocurrency as a method of payment.

Obviously this is just a hoax, the blog that you got the image maybe untrusted or/is used as a way to pump both zcash and bytecoin.
People will always find ways to promote what ever they want in believing that someone will invest it zcash or bytecoin because a big company like walmart is investing in the coin.

Mining mean You have an advance plan to know the currency,reading market analysis and ready to take the risk because you will pay a lot of money to purchase mining equipment and energy costs, and After the completion of the process, you must obtain a valid profit.
The market contains more than a thousand currencies. Did we really need to create more currencies?

Really your Opportunity with BYTECOIN and Zcash

When it comes to mining you need to undertake the risk to being a miner. When that blog is safe if it is your thinking so but you need to make a wise dicitions just to have more  knowledge about mining so that you might not be treat so. That was good when thier is an opportunity to be able to mine bitcoun or such coins. All yoy need to do is maintain the goodness when it is not treats you.

If that's fueling you from mining cryptos then I think that is the reason why other people are getting more and more interested with Cryptocurrency but I think it is too late for a regular miner to mine for bitcoin because you are required to join a mining pool or get an ant miner but anyway it is hard to ROI right now, But this post is great if Walmart is accepting cryptos now.

I agree that there are much newer designs of cryptocoins than Zcash and Bytecoin, but there is another possibility in that, if Walmart is in possession of large amounts of these cryptocoins and actually launching it, would make the value of those coins go up along with Bitcoin. In the end they would profit from the raise as well.

Forget about those coins there is no way for a retailer to accept bitcoin right now, can you imagine going to walmart and trying to buy something for a dollar and having a fee of 20 dollars and wait there for an hour or two, I tried to pay once with coins in walmart an people were looking at me with deep anger just by the fact they needed to wait an additional minute or two.

It reminds me of old days when we have PayCoin and creators of this scammy coin lied to us that Walmart will be accepting PayCoin soon.
Of course, that never happened, and PayCoin soon was buried alive and labelled as nothing more than a simple scam coin.
I don't think that Walmart will be accepting any cryptocurrency, bitcoin included anytime soon, forget about Bytecoin and Zcash, that is sure.

Of course if it's like that it won't be feasible to use btc or any crypto for regular purchases. But i don't think we're also ready for that anyways. Crypto is likely going to be used for online transactions since its easier and quicker to use physical money when buying offline purchases.
