Title: ETH Withdrawal with Yobit Post by: cryptomanu on January 22, 2018, 07:23:58 PM Hi , I had withdrawn my ETH from Yobit to MEW almost 12 hours back and it still shows in Process under Pending withdrawals. When I click on the transaction it doesn’t give me any details but get directed to “The requested URL /en/trade/undefined/undefined was not found on this server.”
Typically I have never face such long time in terms of withdrawal of ETH - can someone please please help. I have already opened a ticket with Support but not sure if they are going to response soon. Can someone suggest on what to do ? Looking at the forums, it seems that there are numerous withdrawal / deposit issues on yobit and support aren't reacting to the tickets. Unfortunately, I would consider your funds are lost until some miracle happens. This is second time it happens. The last time i got my coin back and that was TRX. This time i withdraw ETH and same thing happen. I didnt get my reply to my ticket yet. Still waiting for them. The fund still hold with Yobit as there no TxID created yet. I hope they taking action to fix the issue.
