Even if you play 24 hours in a row, maximum that you can make is about 400 claims
I won't dig into details like IPs, user agents, etc because we do not disclose our algorithm. I guess these numbers are more than enough to understand who you are

- running multiple accounts (some people had hundreds of them!)
- captcha manipulation or outsourcing
- offerwall fraud

Starting this month we will run fraud checks on a daily basis and will continue to improve our fraud prevention system to make sure that we're able to detect and efficiently ban most of the cheaters out there. We have zero tolerance for fraud so anyone who is cheating will get banned quickly.

Also you may have noticed that offerwall earnings are getting held into manual processing. This is happening due to massive number of fraud in offerwalls. We decided to hold all the offerwall earnings to make sure they are approved by the offerwall networks prior to getting them sent out. So if you've completed an offer and put it for a withdrawal, you'll notice your withdrawal received a "manual" status. This means we're waiting for the offerwall network to approve your conversion (this usually takes 30-45 days). Once it's done, your funds are getting unlocked and sent out to your wallet. During this time period your account stays active and you can continue claiming the faucet, solving offers or playing games.

This will be officially added to our rules later on this week.

        By the way- I can`t login to that "site" from about 4 months like many other members ( as I can read from the posts). I am treated like a bot obviously so let me share one story ( nothing personal to anyone- just my opinion): user X make 30k satoshi in Satoshi Hero every 2- 3 days and withdraw, user Y make 30k satoshi for 3 months and withdraw and both users claim to be honest. User X keep playing and withdrawing, but user Y became blocked ( he is a bot). So how "the administration" of this "site" decide who is a bot and who is not?  Why "the administration" claims to be honest, but not answering the e- mails and posts in this thread? For me- the "site" become a BIG SCAM!!!!!

I think it's not the right thing to do. Some members don't use the site often, but share the ref link to earn comission over referrals earnings. Then this person is promoting the site, but won't be able to collect the comission?

I've been using Satoshi Hero for ages and they've always been great, but i'm not sure if the site has died now...
Usually withdrawals take 2-3 days, or when set to manual 4-5 days, but it's been weeks since I placed my

Satoshi hero is trying to play with their customers since the last hacking about a month ago, They have removed dice and most of their surveys are kept unrewarded even after successful completion specially Revenue wall, Survey Time and Your surveys, also i have a very bad experience today, i claimed 54421 Satoshis on 7 Dec 2019 and today i received a completion email, But when i checked my balance nothing was transferred at all. It will be good if the minimum withdrawal is reduce to 10k instead of the current 30k, users might not feel comfortable with that. Esp, with so many run away sites that just closed the site sudddenly.

Also there is too many bad captchas when press the claim button(did refresh the page, login again), which waste our effort after solving so many captchas.

10min of wait, 3 tries, solved many captchas and gets 0 successful claim in return.

The above mentioned problem apply to Satoshi Monster as well, btw Monster is a 20min cycle..

Overall, this is still a good faucet, but i gonna stop using it for now.
Guess i will use them again when the minimum withdrawal is reduce and the bad captcha issues resolved. Hopefully the confident, trust, stability & security for the users using Satoshi Hero/Monster will be regain again.

Problems with bad captcha are not on the side of the site administration. The problem concerns user browsers and spam in user mailboxes. I can’t clarify the reason since I didn’t go deep into it. A simple cleaning of the browser and the mailbox authorized in the user's browser helps.

I like this site ,is legit and pay but from last update dont expect to get more than 1 to 10 satoshi and very rarely 50 not to mention of 250k :) I bet nobody took it

I do not know what you are talking about, but banning is maybe due to not following site rules. They are great and I have made 10 withdrawals not problem to share them and earned over 600000 satoshis with claiming and referrals. At first there was a message that this will happen "manually" because the "fraud detection system raised a warning flag". I dont use a VPN and I cant think what they mean, but then I got my Satoshis. In ther offerwall I only use OfferToro. I played 3 games and fullfilled the requiremens: "Board Kings - Android" I got the satoshis. "State of Survival - Android" I build my HQ to lvl21 but dont get my Satoshis and they dont answer my email complain. "Forge of Empires: Build your City - Android" I dont get my Satoshis either, but this could be because now I have a dim idea that I played it years ago.

If you use OfferToro, I would suggest to not invest in time consuming offers, they are disappointing. Some Newsletter subscription and surveys will do. Or try one of the other sub services at the offerwall.

Many faucet sites due to this war ended their life or some PTC sites prolonged payout timeframe from days to weeks, because incoming from ads fell down to half like before the war.

Met the NEW hero Satoshi v.3.0

When spinning the crypto-faucet - "Free Wheel of Fortune", very often the system gives an error - "The captcha field is required" while the captcha itself is missing, then after spinning the wheel a message is displayed - "Something went wrong. Please try again later .", while the winning amount on the wheel of fortune is not credited to the SXT balance... Since this is a technical error, is it possible to fix it..???
