What i mean is the second address the same as the receiving address? The other thing how does it know what to send or receive? are the Qr codes the same? I'm not understanding this can someone please help me out? Thank you for any advice.

Hi. What's your wallet? blockchain.info? If you have a blockchain wallet, to find your address to receive funds, just click on "receive" and copy the address (make sure when you paste that the address is identical because some virus can modify it). Once this address has been used to receive funds, blockchain.info will automatically create a new one, but nothing to worry your old addresses can still be used to receive funds.

To send bitcoin, you need to ask what is the bitcoin address of the recipient and click on "send" and enter the address, then you will see an option to choose your fees, to send a quick payment you can choose express delivery but the fee is expensive so it is better to select the standard fee. Payments should reach the recipient's account in a few hours if the network is not congested.
