I've seen plenty on auctions selling bitcoins on eBay, the price it's way above Gox & Co. Is it a some kind of new phishing game or it's really possible to make money this way? Sell Bitcoins for PayPal and you will be charged back and scammed, is basically the idea. So please never even try. I didn't really mean anything about the "labeled a scammer" part, I just wanted to provide a topic with more background information, which also explains why selling bitcoins on ebay with paypal is a bad idea, or at least very risky.
