In the event of a new cryptocurrency launch, ICO provides rewards to its promoters and called it a bounty. Suppose you are promoting an ICO on twitter or Bitcointalk then you are eligible for bounty tokens(free tokens/coins). Record of this bounty maintained into Spreadsheets.
Spreadsheets are same as a document storing some records.

I guess you're too young to be using Microsoft Office. A google spreadsheet is an online version of the excel sheet that's commonly used by companies all over the world to prepare lists of things and compare them. I think nobody does a better job at explaining how they work than google itself:

"A spreadsheet is an interactive computer application for organization, analysis and storage of data in tabular form. Spreadsheets are developed as computerized simulations of paper accounting worksheets. The program operates on data entered in cells of a table. Each cell may contain either numeric or text data, or the results of formulas that automatically calculate and display a value based on the contents of other cells. A spreadsheet may also refer to one such electronic document."

Hi

A spreadsheet is a table of values arranged in rows and columns. Each value can have a predefined relationship to the other values. If you change one value, therefore, you may need to change other values as well.

Spreadsheets are also called worksheets. This sheet is basically made at the Excel Sheet. That help sort data, arrange data easily, and calculate numerical data. There are many ICO company, School, college, forum use this Spreadsheets. The reason to use it is the advantage of keeping them accountable information. In this forum, basically uses this sheet to keep bounty account. Whether it was working properly on their bounty campaigns, giving their token for their work,They keep this calculation through this sheet.
