I wouldn't worry that much about that , especially that you are willing to move out if your country banned crypto ( there are many options )
anyways there are some news that Belarus will embrace crypto and they will be tax free , so if that's true I guess Belarus would be Crypto heaven
here is the topic here and it has a link in the OP https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2783501

Japan was one of a few who are embracing cryptos, Estonia too, they are supporting cryptos in almost all the country.

They have a lot of Bitcoin ATM's in there and the government is always issuing new laws that are embracing cryptos.

Most countries accept bitcoin. The only ones who don't embrace it are the countries that made it illegal or bans local exchanges (there's only a few of them). If I plan on moving incase my country bans bitcoin i'll pick the closest one just to buy and sell. My country doesn't embrace crypto or hate it either they don't want to encourage people using it because there are a lot of risks but they regulate the exchanges.

Japan has a bitcoin exchange you can just easily get your answer by searching it.

Thanks for sharing this. Its quite amazing to find that majority of the countries that is starting to accept crypto are from 1st world countries.
Unlike most countries that are skeptic to changes. For me this whole crypto adoptation process is like the internet all over again from the early 1990's.
Those who adapt first would get the head start in their development.

I am very happy to see this information because most countries are making things difficult for cryptocurrencies holder. Any good and new innovation must pass through this rejection phase before it will be generally accepted. countries like Australia, Finland accept bitcoin with taxes attach to it.

I know that the Japanese government decided on how to treat Bitcoin, and was preceded by a push by local regulators to license exchanges of crypto-currencies.
In this light, Japan has become the first country to regulate the exchange of crypto-currencies at the national level.
Japan's provisions help prevent misuse of bitcoins and other crypto-conversions for illegal activities and require banks and other companies to verify identity, store reports and report suspicious transactions.

Even if your every other country are making bitcoin legal and yours in their infinite wisdom felt it should be illegal, there is little that you can do about it since you won't denounce your citizenship because of that. Every country have their reasons for taking a position either for or against bitcoin and with recent happenings in the crypto world all over the world, their fears are being justified.
