They seem like a clone of binance in my opinion. The front page seems eerily similar. I suggest waiting a bit more before calling this a definite scam. Deposits on all exchanges can take a while, and this random chinese exchange shouldn't be an exception. 5 hours isn't enough time for the support to respond, especially considering that in the chinese time zone, it was close to 10pm as you sent the message, i doubt anyone is still at work at that time. If they don't sort out your issue, then bad luck. If you are not in China then i doubt you can do anything to help save your funds. Exchanges can be risky to use, so always deposit a small amount to see if it really works before depositing the rest. Title: Re: BiBox working fine Post by: Mhedz on March 08, 2018, 09:44:56 AM i'm now using bibox to trade my czr and arcblock token,as a feedback, i can say its a friendly exchange. the system looks like kucoin and binance but i could say its more easy to use. just a matter that its not yet popular and has a minimal trader too. and advantage of bibox exchange is it has a little withrawal fee unlike other exchange.
