Mining ripple? That sounds crazy, it is impossible to mine ripple since it is not a POW coin.

I never said I mined Ripple, I said I was holding Ripple and I'm looking for some other coins to mine that are cheap and have potential growth.

I keep a close eye on whattomine.com but I'm trying to get peoples opinions on other coins they like. I don't want to mine just anything. 

There are not many coins which are worth mining with CPU. But if want to give it a try, I'd go for one of the cryptonight algo coins (Monero, Bytecoin, Digitalnote ... there are more). GPU still have advanatage there, but not as much as with other coins if you have a new CPU with AES/AVX instruction set.

I would generally agree with you on the CPU mining but I have 4 old servers that aren't being used with zero power cost so that's why I was trying to find something to mine with them.

Look for GOA coin - minable on GPU (neoscrypt), profitable masternodes, big exchanges will be in near future. See more info in my signature

Which one? I'm already holding some Electroneum.

I prefer electroneum rather than bitcoin white. Bitcoin white doesn't even list on the exchange site. That's why electroneum looks better and especially the chart of electroneum says about the fact the price of electronum worth more and more anytime. If you have participated in ico you already got up to 15x from ico price. There is a lot of room for growth.
