Just select the actual unit you will be using and remember also electricity costs etc

ROI is subject to your beliefs. So I won't comment.

However I would suggest you check out he group buy threads

Canary has these for 10.5 btc, ROI is easier if you pay the best price   ;)

no ROI. even if you have free electricity, shipping and you already own PSU and your pool fee is 0% (and please note, that we are waiting for almost 1M avalon chips, KNC/Bitfury delivery and new companies still appearing)

this is clearly reflecting ASIC reality. so sad.(

Yeah its sad reading definitely.  However its a prediction.  The percentage increase may not be so severe, but I have a feeling that it may be more to be honest.  Adding to your own hashing power just adds to the problem :(
